1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RemoveBgFast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by RemoveBgFast ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

RemoveBgFast provides an AI-powered image background removal tool. The Service processes images in real-time through a streaming pipeline, removing backgrounds and delivering the result to your browser. We do not store, archive, or retain any uploaded images beyond the momentary processing period.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in with a valid Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) solely for account identification purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits may be obtained through:

  • Welcome bonus: 3 free credits upon first sign-in.
  • One-time purchase: Pay-as-you-go credit packs valid for 90 days from purchase date.
  • Monthly subscription: Monthly credit allotments that reset at each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service.

5. Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For Credit Packs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date, provided that zero (0) credits from that purchase have been consumed. For Monthly Subscriptions, this 7-day money-back guarantee applies strictly to your first, initial subscription purchase (provided 0 credits are consumed). Subsequent subscription renewals or re-subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

Once any credits from a purchase have been used (i.e., at least one successful background removal has been completed), that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, as the upstream processing cost has been irrevocably incurred.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute images that contain illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material, non-consensual intimate images, or content that violates applicable laws.
  • Upload images that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or other security measures.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

RemoveBgFast provides an instant image processing pipeline only. We do not review, moderate, or monitor the content of uploaded images. We expressly disclaim all liability for any content uploaded by users, including but not limited to content that may be defamatory, offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to process any images uploaded to the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL RemoveBgFast BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Subscription Management

Subscription upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or PayPal account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Dashboard. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
